Thud Noise Right Turns Only '09

Thud Noise Right Turns Only '09
Noticed today a distinct thud when right turning corner typical turn. --'09 H3 53K - no off road.
Searched the forum here with many older H3 posts and issues of noise in front end and multitudes of potential issues it could be. I remember a while back there was a corrosion ingress warranty type bulletin for front end. What was this related to? I don't see any grease slung out on CV joint.
Anyone currently hearing this type of thud while turning?
UPDATE: I CHECKED THE POWER STEERING FLUID WHICH BARELY WAS ON DIPSTICK AND BROWN/BLACK. HAVE NOT CHECKED IN A WHILE. PULLED ALL THE ORIGINAL FLUID OUT REFILLED AND TOOK FOR A SHORT RUN WHICH THE THUD DID NOT APPEAR TO COME. WILL KNOW MORE IF JUST A PLACEBO EFFECT WITH MORE DRIVING TOMORROW.
CHECK YOU POWER STEERING FLUID - IT'S PROBABLY BLACK ALSO IF OLD!
