So I swapped the cheap 3 (with green backlighting vs orange) from eBay and Amazon for a Dorman 901-103 Power Window Switch via Amazon and it worked right away - at least for a couple weeks. Then it went bad.

I swapped it out again and it's been 3-4 months with no issue. I forgot there were even lights in there!
