Default Stuk in sno till ? spring

well i did it, had to get off the dry road. the snow is accumulation of about 5 feet compressed/melted down to less than 12 inches. i sunk only 4-5 inches till it bogged down then sunk about 8-10 in crunchy hard pack and it just rotates all wheels.
not far from my bunk! luky me, its 50 yards from either end of the run so it will be there for a while.

The tv commercial says you can use Kitty Litter if you are stuck in the snow

The tv commercial also states: Dont drive, while under the influence!
Just leave it there, the H3 is now safe!

In the meantime, get yourself some help.

Amazing what real tires can do. If you had those, no issue.

hey, pile on, i can take it!
now to continue learning how to play in the snow; i was sitting on the skid plates so tires and kitty litter are no help. it is 12 in + of thick crunch, not just fluffy snow.
i dug in front and under to avoid "freezing to the ground" over night. cleared a zone to move in so im safe, then drove back/forth to spread it.
i actually drove on top for the length of the h3 just sinking 4 in in about 14 in of crunch. i backed up into safe zone and shoveled more. the new tracks were not packed hard! but fluffy like powder. the big flat 285's can drive on top, UNTILL i bog down,so its a learning experience worth passing on.
i could,if careful, walk on top without breaking thru.

tomorrow; part two!, how to turn around and try to get out.

I kinda miss drtom and 85_305. The latter was banned from a couple of other forums. They were entertaining.
