Hey everybody I’m new here. I’ve been wanting to get a Hummer for years now and now I’m getting closer to that goal. The Hummer I’m looking to buy is a 2006 H3 with a stock radio. That’s obviously going to be my first project and I’m looking to remove it for a Bluetooth radio/stereo. Anyone have any recommendations for which brand I should look out for?

If your looking for something with good hands free ability I would choose something with either Wireless Apple Car Play or Wireless Android Auto depending on what type of cell you use. I've always been a fan of Sony car stereos, but this time around I'm planning on putting a Eonon 10.1 Inch GA2188 in. Just do your research, I'm pretty sure Metra has a harness to make it work with all of the factory equipment (onstar, factory amp, etc).

 

Alpine ILX-650 have this in all 3 of our rigs.

 

Just had this installed...Pioneer AVH 2500NEX. I still need to dial in the sound. So far just have the stock monsoon system to it. Plan to upgrade the rest for the next step.

Painted the bezel black while i was at it, the way it should came stock imo.

 

I’m definitely leaning more towards pioneer. I love the way that looks
