You are talking about a 2008 MT ? Might be the only one???

2006, 2007 and the 2009 MT I drove.... no lock?

Our 2009 H3T with a manual transmission did not have a steering wheel lock.

Interesting. Does seem odd that some would have the lock while most didn't. I have no knowledge personally since I've never driven a MT H3. I know my Alpha automatic doesn't, even though the ignition ring "says" lock on it, and I know that my owners manual says that the MT locks.

I just find it odd that at least 2 people have now claimed that theirs used to lock but don't anymore. Are they mistaken? Possibly. Or maybe the lock on the MTs are commonly/easily broken and while they should lock, most don't?
