Default Squeaking nose at low speeds (Front end I think)

When I am driving at slow speeds I can hear a continuous squeak coming from the front end underside. When I apply the breaks the nose instantly goes away, also when I reach 30 mph the noise also stops. Climbed under and check the breaks, pads still have a lot of life left in them.

I got half the grease fitting hit yesterday, plan on finishing that up and seeing if it helps.

Anyone else had this kind of problem? Any ideas?

You probably need to chamfer the leading edge of the brake pads.
