updates: i found another key, i tried that and still no luck. the car doesn't even start now. I look online and found that you can play with some wires and disable that system? anyone aware on how to do it? also i ordered an ignition switch just to be safe and see of that would work

 

i am gonna replace the ignition switch and i will get my pcm tuned and disable the pass lock. but now to the 2nd problem, anyone know what might be that ticking sound?
