OK guys, after the geared hub issues this should be easy. What is the best/easiest way to learn how to remove or roll-up the soft top for a day of November Florida cruising?

 

Just bought an open top out of Texas. Haven't even seen it yet though so can't help on this one.

 

1. remove rear window (3 zippers)
2. un-do the five straps between the B pillar & C pillar roof bars.
3. lift the C pillar rods out of the slides
4. flip the top onto the hood of the truck, be careful not to scratch the hood or lift the hood and lay the top on the engine.
5. silde the top off the front slide (left or right) and the top is off

It will take at least 5 minutes your first time.
