thats the thing, i have a lot invested in my H3. I'd hate to start over or partially start over just for the V8.

This thread is about the emotional trauma endured by on of our own in a moment of need. Asking for a shoulder to lean on, an outstretched hand to hold, a butt to scratch, if you will. Seeking confirmation of his actions in this so difficult of times.

I like hearing opinions of other members rhill. Everybody is entitled to them, good or bad.
There are 3 main reasons I'm looking to trade, none of which I anticipated until recently:
1. My H3 has had nothing but problems from the day I bought it, literally.
2. My wife just told me recently how uncomfortable the seats are and after long periods of time she gets body aches (her family has a history of arthritis at a young age)
3. I currently have a stick, and she doesn't have the patience to drive one, so we need an automatic, besides me being sick of driving stick for the past 16 years.
We thought we'd be getting a second car, but now that our finances are in order; we really don't want another payment. Originally I wanted to drive it into the groud, but things have changed.
If this doesn't go through, then ill purchase the 5 year GMPP and I won't have to worry about it. Then ill have to find some seat modifications.
Either way, my mods needed to go. I had way too much stuff in there. The look we both want now is blacked out, so if I keep this, I will take the time to de-chrome everything, color-.macth the grill, get clear DRL's and tail lights, and ultimately get some 18" powder-coated wheels and throw in a nice black Gobi rack.

The fun I get from road trips and off-roading has no monetary value, and after owning one, as many problems as I have had, its really hard for me to imagine not being a part of it. The friends I have made here outweigh my need for speed.
