I showed this in a unrelated thread. thought someone who lets his wife drive on occasion might want just a small step/
now that I got this far and its solid I will mess with a quik disconnect. got no idea so far.
extension plates drop the orig brackets apx 4 inches so its usuable,just mid way. the 2.5 in pipe bolts up just like the stock step with drop thru bolts in the pipe. I gave it a shot of flat black and some nonskid hex screws!!
a NO cost project.
