I drove through a big puddle driving about 30mph. Didn’t see it until it was too late because it pouring very hard. It happened around February, ever since that day whenever I try to park or get out of a parking spot my steering wheel will lock. The weird part is it’s an on and off problem. I’ve taken my car to several different mechanics in the Bay Area and they all tell me there’s no problem. Btw I drive a H3 06’.
