i believe that every site is reporting normal posting capacity. however, i have a handful of members at the various sites whose accounts are not functioning properly. many of them were completely unable to post, pm, etc...but when the posting issues went away, about half of them had their problems go away as well. im still reporting these problems to tech as things are being repaired.
