every damn time I call to pay a bill (for example) and I tell them my name, I get asked the same question.."are you the guy"...NO...I AM NOT THAT LIBERAL AZZHOLE...thanks!!...gets really friggen annoying after awhile.

Not to get on a rant but I think the other Mr. Moore actions is bordering on treason for the damage he has done for the American reputation abroad. I was in Europe when Fahrenheit 9/11 was released, and when they heard I was from the USA and they saw Fahrenheit 9/11 they went off how bad our government is how Bush is a terrorist...ETC. I reminded them that it was just one man's view of the situation, and equated to making a court verdict after only hearing one side argue. I told them the one thing I did like about the movie, is we live in a country that gives the freedom to make that film. In many other countries you would be killed for saying less. I have not seen SICKO but am very intrested to see what he had to say on the subject, being in the healthcare industry and all. But some how I think it will all come back to Bush is a terrorist, and Republicans suck. Oh well, as I said that's one man's option.

As a Canadian, let me say that our healthcare is Pretty Good.....Great compared to the U.S. Unfortunately being free for EVERYONE does cause alot of wait times and our ER's are pretty packed as every mother who has a kid with a runny nose will bring them to the ER!!!
We've been running the idea about a "Two Tier" healthcare system where instead of JUST having the Government paid facilities, some entrepenuers can open PAY facilities where if you have the money, you can pay for MRI's, Catscans etc. and get them done immediately, not having to wait 6 months to get it done, but of course our SOCIAL government thinks that's a travesty!![:@]
Stupid in my opinion as people with cash who want procedures done just drive down to the U.S. to get them done anyways. might as well keep the money in Canada!!
But healthcare ISN'T FREE....The main thing MM doesn't talk about is how HIGH the TAXES are in all of these "FREE HEALTHCARE COUNTRIES"!!! With the amount of taxes we pay, we could EASILY afford a "PLATINUM" heath care deal in the states.
