It all started when they did the software upgrade
It much slower it takes you about 2 to 5 min to get on a post or post something
undo the upgrade

but what i dont understand, is that i dont have any of these problems here...using IE on a cable modem...i do know what youre talking about, but this isnt one of the sites where i have the problem.

I dunno Patrick, I use IE on a Comcast cable modem and this is the only place I have problems. Maybe you just don't spend as much time here as we do

that is true, but i spend every minute online at a site using the same software and servers...but we are trying to fix the problem...i assure you.

This damn thing..Now after a post you have to close out from the site and log back in..otherwise you sit on the page that says view post/return to forum and can't get out of that...

Mine will stay on that screen for about 2 or 3 min, then go back to normal

The main problem I have is not speed, it's when you go to post a message and it just sits there idling, and then have to reload and post again. Then sometimes it starts to load a page and freezes, and have to reload it again and again and again.

Being in I.T. I can tell you that it's definitely a server problem, BUT it's not necessarily the server being slow or over-utilized. It could be the Internet Service Provider they use that can't handle all of the streams of data flowing at one time.

ZYNE is a networkengineer for the government. I can ask him if you want a second opinion. He's a very smart guy when it comes to this stuff.

well, there may be drastic changes with the servers coming up...ill keep you all posted.
