I keep getting random error messages when I post a reply saying there are server problems, plus I keep getting knocked off and have to log in every 5 minutes.

 

Honestly if I wasn't a mod here and didn't like the peeps so much I would have left a few months ago. This place is slow as crap, keep having to log back in, you hit send and the message you typed doesn't go through so you have to reload the page and start over again....very poor site IMO.

 

what type of connections and browsers are you guys using? was it doing this before the software upgrade?

 

I'm using IE. But, it's been like this a long time.

 

can someone get a copy of these server problems? once i have that, i will submit a trouble card to the programmer...

 

I run IE and have had these problems for awhile now, more so recently though. Here is an old post in the moderators room that descibes the same problems we are having now and it was posted before Christmas.

My main problem besides having to log back in every 30 minutes is that out of 10 posts I make 6 of them or more never go through. I have to reload the main page, find the post I was replying to and repost everything I typed...it's a pain in the ***!!

 

Yup..IE here too and I have good days and bad days on this site...just like what Mike above has been saying about those problems..

 

ok, the programmer will look at this thread...so if anyone has any additional items (especially you guys who know computer stuff) please fire away...

 

Funny, I just tried to look at this thread and took me 2 min to see a blank page. Then after clicking the link 3 or 4 times I got on.

 

this thread is being viewed by the person who will fix it, so be as descriptive as possible...
