I called half the day and the numbers all said "disconnected"- I just tried again - finally got someone-and they claimed there was an 800 system glitch earlier. Anyway, they claim they will take care of it for me...sooo Denny could you please take this thread OFF so as not to cause them anymore "bad publicity" since they seem willing to remedy the dispute...UNTIL further notice that is...If I get no resolve then I will post this again! LOL Thanks!

ummm noooo I don't think so considering they have nowhad a couple months to refund me and his excuse was "oh we didn't know where to refund the money nor anyway to get in touch with you." Funny, he seemed to have no problem charging the account for the item to begin with, no problem shipping the wrong item to it's destination, no problem pulling up the account right off the bat on the phone, as well as the returned item had a return address on it.
