Next time your Hubby wants to get something for you for the Hummer, have him check with us first.

 

I would dispute it with the credit card company. Put the burden on the company to prove that they provided you with the product.

 

Racerboy has a good point here. I've done that in the past and was able to recover my losses. It's a wee bit of a hassle but at least in my case it was worth it to get the $$ back.

 

i checked out their web site they still have an email contact ...................everyone from this site should send them an email or three or five demanding they settle with lawwife
