Has anyone ever ordered parts from SAX express I am just curious since I ordered 500 dollars in parts over three weeks ago and have not received any parts or even a tracking number for shipment. He claims that AM General is just that slow. The money has already been taken from my account. I contacted local hummer dealer and I was told I could have the parts in a week. Really not happy right now

I have ordered many things from SAX over the years, either directly from Scott or through other vendors such as Rubberduck and Bluehummer -- never had an issue. Scott was always a great guy to deal with. Be patient, I'm sure it will all work out.

Ok great I really liked the guy on the phone and that is why I ordered from him but there is so much lousy stuff going on these days.

Ok bad news I got in contact with am general and parts are readily available and able to fill order within 3 days. I will be demanding an instant refund and if not done in a timely matter I will report fraud to my bank. I used to own a similar business that is why this all smelled funny to me. I can't see AM General leaving someone with a broken down ride and not coming through with the parts or at least stating a backorder status. Friday will be four weeks since I ordered. Not cool and I would not recommend anyone to this company to avoid the hassle of repeating my current situation.

four weeks is a long time to wait for new parts. I didn't realize it had been that long -- I wonder what's going on there at SAX? AMG is really good about getting stuff out quick...and no shipping charge! Sorry to hear about your bad experience, he's always been a great guy to do business with.

I just ordered a rebuilt steering gear box from Scott a few weeks ago. It took a couple of weeks to get it as he said he didn't have a rebuildable core. It did show up after two weeks. That is all I have ordered from Scott but I have no issues with my transaction. Sorry to hear about your situation.

Just an update.... still no repsonse to my voicemails and my emails. I tried calling many times and it goes straight to voicemail. At this point I just want my money back and I will order it elsewhere. My hummer is supposed to be in Baja for the baja 500 as a chase/support vehicle for a team of six motorcycles at this point hummer is all torn apart awaiting parts to be put back together. When I ordered parts I requested second day air ups.

maybe you can order the parts elsewhere just to get the truck up and running and deal with the other stuff when the parts finally arrive (keep for spares or try to cancel order). Maybe you can call AMG to see if your order has even been placed.

as you are passing through on the way to Baja stop by and have a beer or two or six! I'm in LA (between the 5 and the 405 fwys).

I tried calling AMG and couldnt get anywhere I am giving this guy till friday for my parts to show up or to see my money back in my account. Although he isnt returning my phone calls nor my emails. I'm not sure I will make it now but if I do I definitely will stop by probably on the way back you should pm me your phone number. If I can't make the 500 I will be there for the 1000.
