Default Removing plastic from dash

I am removing most of the plastic from the dash so I can vinyl wrap it with a design ( I own my own vinyl business). I got 90% of the dash removed except the plastic on the top and on both sides of the passenger air bag. I cannot figure out how to remove that plastic and if the big handle has to be removed first. I am afriad of puncturing or screwing with the airbag. Anyone know how this piece or pieces gets removed? I have a 2003 H2. Thanks.

The handle has to be removed and there are two clips that hold the posts in there. I'll try to look and remember a more exact way for removal.

Thanks Tim, I will try to figure out how to remove the handle first thing tommorow and then get the rest of the plastic off. Again, thanks.
