Just talked to Penn Dot myself and they said in The state of Pennsylvania, If your Hummer weights more then 5,000lbs it must be registered as a truck.

First of all your H3 does not weight 5000lbs
Second every state is different and dealers do make mistakes on one of my 4runners they tried that i told them no because it consider a car with 4 doors they change it.
Plus if you have truck plate in mass you have to pay each year f that.

Tina, I live in PA too and I never heard of that. Not saying your wrong at all. Maybe the dealer that I leased it from didmine wrong. By the way, what part of PA are you from?[sm=smiley9.gif] I would like to check you... I mean your rig out.
