Rear hitch
For those of you who would rather pay for an aftermarket hitch, go for it.. You loose about 8 inches of clearance but if you only drive on pavement I guess that is not a concern. As for liability if my hitch falls off, I am not too concerned since it was welded by a professional welder. How many Jeep owners build their own bumpers? How many people build hitches for other vehicles? The answer is lots!!!! I also own a Jeep CJ7. Their is so much fabrication for Jeeps out there; there are companies just selling fabrication parts for Jeeps.. It would be nice to see them add some fab parts for Hummers.. I may own a Hummer H3 but it doesn't mean I have to pay the extra money companies are marking up parts for them.
BUILD IT!!!!
Thanks, Yellowfin....

Lucky - follow your license plate wires up to the bumper connector, then those wires to the wire loom at the top of the bumper and rear cross member. The wires were just folded and tucked in the loom.
Scot it is mounted to the stock brackets just like a stock H3 receiver hitch is.
