i just installed a tuff country lift 2 weeks ago now a have a rattle sound in the front end when i drive slow over uneven surfaces. i did notice that the bolts going through the front heim joints ( new sway bar links provided by tuff country) are not snug to the heim joint opening so even though the heim joint is tight onto the sway bar it still has a little play where the bolt goes through the joint. has anybody encountered this? i have only tried to diagnose the issue i still have to start wrenching on it, looks killer sounds like a POS! help from anyone???
