Today I was installing a brake controller for my trailer. When I crawled under the dash I found a random blue wire dangling next to the junction box for the brake controller, not sure what it goes to,. And then I noticed that what looks like a wire junction box right above the peddles they had twisted wires together and used electrical tape to convert the twists. Not sure why they did this or if they were wiring in connectors to something else. I found random connectors and in line fuses behind the driver side panel for the fuse box. Any idea on what's going on here?
