Radiator replacement advice?

That sucks right before christmas and all! My early 07 has the bracket in the center of the radiator, but there was still some rubbing going on there, it just hadn't worn through yet. I filed the frame in front of the radiator, but need to take another 1/16" off still. I JBWeld'ed my radiator tonight and stood there with a heat gun over it to keep the temps up as it cured. I hope this holds until a replacement gets here.

this is like the pinched trailer hitch wires!!
btw i'll be happy to do the labor for $300 all day,every day!!

here's a couple pics of the new bracket and radiator...much better design than the original. for $478 just for the rad it better be. I saw aftermarket rads for $200 or less, not sure what they're all about but if gm didnt foot half of the bill thats the route i would've went.
