As the title says, I'd like to order an all aluminum replacement H3 radiator, but if I use aluminum radiator in my online search terms you get ALL radiator replacements as the plastic ones have aluminum cores. Any recommendations for after market -quality- replacement appreciated! Especially personal experiences and insight on what the after market has done to address the factory issues.

I have no experience with it personally, but I've read on other forums that Ron Davis Radiators Ron Davis Custom Aluminum Radiator Page now makes an all aluminum one for the H3.

It isn't listed on their site yet, but call and ask about it. It is a drop-in bolt-in replacement except for needing a different upper hose from what I understand.

Do you have a radiator repair shop in your town?????

I've had my local shop build many radiators for several race cars, and one of my street muscle cars, they can make whatever you want .... capacity, increased trans cooling, oil cooling, all just a matter of how much coin do you want to spend.
