Default Question about Goodyear 315's and tires in general

Ok, so yesterday I bought 3 315/75/16 Goodyear MT/R's for 75$ a piece and they have a little over half tread life left (just over 1/4 inch). I assumed that it would be easy to find another 1 or 2 (for the spare) on ebay. I have now learned that it is extremely hard to find used 35" MT/R's as I have been looking everywhere on the internet. I am assuming that I cant have one new one with 3 old ones because it will throw off the transmission/drivetrain. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Do I just need to keep searching ebay and craigslist until I find another one with about the same treadlife? Any other suggestions where else to look?

buy a new one, and then burn it off by doing a burnout just on that one tire to wear it out, or the other alternative would be keep searching.... great buy though, I would have done the same

Buy 2 new ones, put them on the front. Put 2 of the used ones on the back and put the third on as a spare.
Your spare needs to be the same size as your road tires or you might have drivetrain damage.

If I put 2 new ones on the front and two used ones (60-70%) on the back won't that still cause issues because the h3 is in 4 wheel drive at all times? The rear wheels would make more rotations then the front wheels when driving because they have a smaller circumfrence. Does that matter?

No, it does not matter. All of the tires are nominally 35" tires.

What would matter is if you ran 35's and then placed a stock 32" spare tire into the mix. That would cause problems.
