Problem exhaust valve

hello i have a problem with my exhaust valve would anyone ever had the same problem?

A little info from another post of theirs that may explain the English problem.

Is it your exhaust valve or exhaust manifold ? There is a known problem with the exhaust manifold bolt heads breaking off causing a leak/noise.
