Default Power Steering ...

hi guys. I have a 2005 hummer h2 SUT with Cooper Discoverer Radial STT TEK3 (325-65-18) tires .Recently I Replaced all upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, idler arm and Pitman arm. Since then Ive been hearing hissing noise from my steering wheel when turning at low speeds. There are no leaks. Is there a way to find out if the pump is good or not, And if it is bad, do i need to remove the steering pulley first before i can remove the pump or can the pulley be removed after the pump is removed from the car. if this can be done I would like to install a new pump with reservoir and new pulley so this way I can just unbolt one and bolt the other one back. I would appreciate your comments.

Hey,
I hate it when no one replies, and I don't have the solution. You have pretty much a Chevy Tahoe engine and such, so you might want to search for this problem on a Tahoe website. That's where I get most my info

call AGR Performance and have them build you a real pump. Don't buy any of the crap oem pumps from autoparts store. The factory pumps were underpowered brand new.
