Possessed Hummer H3
I've had this in two cars before, one of them was an H3. It's a bad battery terminal connection. Replace your battery terminals before you replace anything else. In both of the cars I've seen this problem on, the terminals looked fine, but in both cars, I replaced them and the problem never came back.

Don't freak about it. I have same problem. Yor battery is fine. I thought that the very first time it happened to me. The only way to stop that from happening again is instal aftermarket alarm that bi-passes the theft-deterrent-system. It randomly will do that due to faulty theft deterent system. It catches a reading from key to ignition responder thingy and will cut off fuel for 10 minutes. Next time it happens. Leave key in on position and Watch the blinking security light. As long as it's blinking (for 10 min) your car can not start vehicle. When light goes solid again after it's 10 min. Then you remove key an restart again it'll start right up.
