To post a pic from your computer, you have to do it as an attachment, and it will be small, like a thumbnail. To post a pic from a host server such as the many free picture hosting sites like Flicker or Photobucket, your have to first upload whatever pics you want to post at the forum to your pic hosting account (or copy the url if they are already hosted online somewhere else) and copy the direct link to the box that pops up after you click the photo icon in the tool bar above.
