Default Please identify this seal

I'm noticing what looks like a very slow leak on this rubber seal... no dripping on the floor or anything, but there's a bit of oil like residue around it. Does anyone know what this is and can it be replaced?

So I cleaned the area yesterday with a degreaser and left it completely clean. This afternoon when I got home from work, I could see that fluid had seeped out of this seal/gasket piece again. I looked online to try to identify it, but I'm not finding it anywhere. Does anyone know what this part is called?
