Default Philips Crystal Vision Ultra?

Does anybody run these in their truck? If so, could I get a couple of pictures of how they look on the road? Just spent $150 on an HID kit and I hate it. I'm going for the brightest halogen bulb that I can find. Any other suggestions? And no, I won't spend $1000 on a Starr kit either.

I know there are a lot of threads here about upgrading headlights. I find the stock lights on the Hummer to be some of the best on any vehicle I have ever owned. Is there something I am missing that makes people willing to spend big bucks to do all of these mods? This is not a smart @$$ comment. It is a serious question.

Searched for and read that one a couple of times, can you put up some pictures for me please? Pictures were my goal of this post. And I didn't like the way the HIDs projected on to the street, it looked weird. I know, I'm too picky haha.

And the reason I'm looking for new lights is I want the bright white lights instead of the stock yellowish ones.

I put Silverstars in mine about a year ago and with the driving lights on you can see forever.....I don't think they have the Silverstar Ultra yet for the H3...When I first started looking at reviews people said they burned out quickly....trick is don't grab them with your fingers.

The Silverstar "Ultra" will not be made in the H13 model.
When I was upgrading my stock headlights, I used Silverstars H13 ST
I then contacted Qshram/Sylvania and their R & D people they were not going to produce the Ultra in that model.
Since then I have gone the STARR HID route
