I am getting a pcmforless tune next week. I have a 2008 Lux 3.7. The only mods are a Magnaflow Exhaust and an Airdoc intake. It is a daily driver, mosty in town with occasional road trips and a little offroading. The only option that I have not decided is the shift firmness. From reading the forums, I have concluded that most of you have chosen option 2. I would like to hear from you and also those who did option 3 and if you had had it to do over would you change it. Thank you.

 

RK, I don't remember which options the #s correspond too??? Doh.

I got mine set for the firmest shifts possible and it works great for me. It is a bit stiff in low lock when it jumps into second, but in Hi on the road it is just what I was looking for. Quick firm shifts when you're on it, nice when driving at cruisin speeds.

 

Thanks Doc. You have the option 3 and I posted on other forums and it is about evenly divided between #2 and #3 and all seem happy with what they chose. Thank you.
