if he is going to keep up with that nonsense, remove them. if he is going to be active, so be it...but if he is going to cause problems, remove them...i have removed his mod powers, so he cannot see this and cannot move/delete things...i also sent him a PM telling him that it was ridiculous that he is now trying to start more problems...i really dont want to ban him.

Nick just sent me a screen shot. WTF is he thinking? Mike is right. How are we supposed to move past this with him doing this ****? He won't respond or work things out with us, but he'll post something like that, and for what, to try to be funny? To SMOOOTH things out? The damage is done and he needs to go. End of story.

You know I'm a very passive person but now I'M even getting pissed off, and rarely happens.

ive gone through much worse than this...ive dealt with a similar situation where it was a huge group of mods and members, against another huge group of mods and members...at a site with 60,000 members...it took weeks to clean up...but eventually, it went away. ive been here before, and while it sucks to lose dennis, and it sucks for you guys, this has been a pretty calm "issue" thus far.
