Default Paint Job-PlastiDip

Hey Everyone,

Was wondering if anyone has used the plastidip yet. I'm planning on doing my fenders on 2008 h3 and if I really like it I'll do the whole body. Just wanted to get some feedback if anyone has.

There are hundreds of thread between the various hummer forums on plasti dip, it has been widely used with varying results. I did my wheels to see if I liked them black but it didn't hold up. I eventually ripped it all off and painted them appropriately.

What Plasti-dip has to do with superchargers we will never know?

I did almost everything on my hummer, grille, wheel wells, rims, brush guard, mirrors, hood vent, door handles, and my emblems. Plasti-dip is alright, big areas end up with streaks that are noticeable in day time. But for 60$ to go from all chrome to what i have now is pretty great. Eventually i'll go with powder coating. Hopefully this reply helped!

I personally used bedliner on my fender flares. It lasts longer, and I like the textured effects. Around here the bedliner craze is rampant now.

See I want that textured look, did you do it yourself or take it to a shop?
