HOLY CRAP! it really is THAT easy. in 20 minutes i went from a total stink bug to a mean looking 3! my clearance measurements were at 24 1/4" at the rear left and right (both sides dead on) and 21" fr lt and 21 3/8" fr rt. i got the front up to 23 1/8", spot on both sides (after a few trips around the block and several re-adjusts) but the whole project didn't take more than 20 minutes. i'm gonna drive it tonight and tomorrow to see how it settles, then re-adjust on thursday to get it right at 23 1/4". new tires will be in on thursday, mounted and aligned on saturday and i will be rocking some trails on sunday!

thanks for the help with this guys. it's nice to know there's a place i can trust to go and get good info. i even found the fix for my squeaky tailgate today!

Here's Hank.

stock:

... and leveled with some new sneakers (more like hiking boots):

well worth the time and effort. with the t-bars at 23 1/4" the ride isn't harsh either. just gotta re-aim my headlights now. a lot of people are flashing their hi beams since installing the HID kit.

You know, I had never measured my truck before. It looked fairly level to me so I assumed it had been adjusted before I bought it. I decided to measure it over the weekend and the front end is sitting right at about 22" on both sides. So i guess I will be adjusting it soon to level it on out.

just be prepared to get an alignment and to re-aim the headlights. my truck drove fine but you should have seen how much it was off when i got the read out from the alignment.

Yeah, it is probably due for it anyway. Starting to get a little shaky. Honestly, an inch and a quarter is not that much but I'll do it sometime soon...
