What kinda of oil would you guys recommend for a 2003 H2. I just hit 160,000 miles. Any oil/oil filer in particular? I'm from RI don't know if the cold weather should be a consideration.

 

My last 2 vehicles have required Mobil 1 by GM recommendations so that's just what I always put in my 2 also. Have to buy it for other vehicles might as well buy more and put it in everything. Most of the time I'll also use a mobil 1 oil filter.

 

My local AutoZone usually has specials with the Mobil 1 and Mobil 1filter for $31
They used to include Bosh filters which are so nice I hated to put my dirty oil thru them

 

Same here, usually NAPA has smoking deals on Mobil 1 so that's what I buy. Have to change my oil and clean my air filter next week actually. I hope to hell that oil is on sale lol.

 

Any name brand Synthetic oil will be good. I like Mobil1 and Amsoil.
