Yes you should switch to syn. you can go longer between changes as well. With fitltration systems and oil advancements motors aren't failing due to oil breakdown. Dino is good too, I would rather have syn in every hole on the H3. It's quiet, smooth shifting and easier on parts and it lasts longer between changes. The myth of evry 3000 is slowly dying off for reasons I've stated most people who need to change that often either have high performance equipment or they really put their vehicles to the test during that 3000 mi. Other folks are just buying oil. Just my .02, keep doing what you're doing and you'll have nothing to worry about.
