So you experienced the same kind of revving smoothness as I have........ (yes, i was trying to make some kind of funny sexual inuendo that failed miserably)

That's exactly what I said. I honestly forgot about the stuff after I started living in an apartment. I'm glad I'm not the only person that noticed a difference. I was very skeptical myself considering the stuff is so expensive. I'll try it out soon also. It would be interesting to find out that the reason people are having these Engine Heat problems is just because of the type of oil they are using. I'm going to find those threads about that and post your comments ZOO. That would blow my mind if there is really a magic cure for that problem.

I sold a ford f150 with a 5.0 v8 a few years back. It had 184,000 on the clock. The last time I changed the oil or filter was at 55,000 miles. Thats also when I bought the truck.

The question that screams to be asked..what oil did you use in it? and why did you not ever change it?

Because this statement implies that one never needs to change the oil or filter...Is that the advise you're offering?

I hope the RP works for you all, as well. Also I bought the K&N oil filter ($11.99) it's supposed to be excellent. However, I don't know how to tell the difference an oil filter makes. I do know it was pretty easy to install. It has a 1-inch bolt on the bottom of the filter you use to put it on and take it off. Just in case someone buys it. I used a cresent wrench because it was a tight fit with a socket.
