Default OEM foglight replacement 08 H3

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but my drivers side fog light is smoked the stock bulb blew up lol really.. and it melted part of the plastic so Im going to replace it with a new one.. maybe the stock owner had higher wattage I am not sure, but im going to put stock stuff back on.. my question is I looked under and I see 3 bolts to take it out, however talk about a nightmare to do this, is there some secret to get these out cause a body shop told me its a whopping 20-30 min ordeal and I tend to think to do it that quick ill have to remove the bumper..

ok I know its been a whole 2 mins from my post but I ran outside and checked the other bulb that's still in and yeah they were higher wattage 100w bulbs.. so that explains why it melted when the bulb went out.. so I did unplug it till I get this fixed and I can put correct bulbs in.

On one of the other forums there is a guy making new brackets and putting LEDs in there. Lots of pictures, might give you some clues. Search "H3 LED fog light brackets" by adventr.

Actually my oem Fog Light fell in the bumper back some time ago and it was easier too just remove the whole assembly and take it to the kitchen table for a rework.
The PO decided 100 mile per hour tape works better than bolts. Clearly they replaced the outer skin of the bumper and left the entire broken inside honeycomb structure still there.

Here's some pics. ...

I replaced my Drivers Side Fog light. I removed the wheel liner. The bolts are still hard to get to. I had to loosen a bracket to get to one of them. Overall not too hard to do. Good Luck
