I have bought a GM (Delphi) touch screen non-lux navigation radio to install in my 2004 H2. The car does not have the Y91 or Y92 option. After installation it powered up and the functions including GPS work okay, but I'm getting no sound out of it. The dealer has confirmed that it is programmed correctly but cannot tell me where the problem lays. Would I need to make harness modifications? Could anyone please advise?

 

I found the problem to my no sound issue. It seems that I needed the radio for the Bose luxury system in spite of that option not having been specified on my glove box sticker. The ebay seller very kindly swapped it out for me and the lux version worked fine. So it would seem that the glove box sticker is not to be trusted. I can only guess that the sound system upgrade may have been done by the dealer and not the factory.
