No regrets
Whelp - after weeks of searching I finally found what I was looking for and bought an H3. I'll have to de-chrome it and peel off the lame "HUMMER" decal on the sides, but all in all I'm quite pleased.
Yellow, adventure/offroad package, dark gray cloth interior, moonroof, automatic, tow package, 55k miles. I haven't taken any pictures yet, but here is the autotrader ad:

Does this mean you guys will let me stay?

I would inspect that trailer hitch setup its aftermarket and the plug/wires maybe exposed... alot of people have had issues or electrical germlins from worn down wires on an OEM setup, just a heads up
I doubt I'll get a chance to take it offroad until spring, and it's REALLY cold up in the mountains at night so no camping until next year. In other words, no real photo op for a while. You all know what a stock H3 looks like, nothing special about mine.
I do like the color, yellow was my first choice.
Anyone in UT that wants to trade my chrome bling junk for your plain black junk?
Thanks, I'll check them out.
if u missed it b 4,the fix on oem is push up and forward on the conn at the bumper. it becomes nice and loose, no rubbing, i did my 10 as soon as i read abt the problem here. it WAS rubbing hard! b4.
oh!,,i luv yella!

I just finished pulling off the vinyl "HUMMER" garbage when the dealership called. My son left his cell phone in the back seat (under the passenger seat???). When I got back to the dealership someone was already buying my Jeep!!! Apparently the manager called a friend right after I left...
Anyway, the only pic I have as it looks right now. Much mo betta:

Oh, one other thing - it has the Monsoon stereo system. I'll need to play with the equalizer to get it just the way I like it, but I must say I'm pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. I also like the moonroof. Didn't think I wanted one, but so far so good.
edit: Is this a good enough poseur pic for me to be in good standing, or do I need to find a parking curb at the mall to climb?

.....When you said "Lame HUMMER decal", I was thinking some little sticker!
