I should be purchasing my first Hummer in just a few days. 's a 2007 H3X. Are there any specific things I should be wary of about this model going in? Are there any parts prone to breaking, or breakdown that Ishould know about? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I think you will be very happy with it. I had an 06 and loved it. I am not an H3 expert but from what I have seen the 07 was a good year.

 

I've got money in-hand, so I should be making a purchase by Saturday. I'm really excited to join the Hummer family!

What are you looking to do with the H3 marine? and H3x is a real nice comfy ride where as an adventure package gets you more rugged goodies...

 

Well, I'm more looking for a comfy ride with a rugged look which is why I'm leaning toward the H3X. I'm not planning to do much if any off-roading, but want the ability should I need it. Although the Hummer is a rugged, Marine-like vehicle, it's also sexy!

 

After looking at the two 2007 models today, I decided to buy a 2006 instead. It's very clean, and alot more bang for the buck in my opinion. I saved almost 5000 bucks! She drives great. I only have one problem, and that's with the driver's side headrest DVD player. One side of the screen shows everything with a blue background. The other one works fine. All in all, I'm excited about the purchase and can't wait to start "personalizing" it.
