Ok, just gotta ask as a new member, is this "Tricia" from GM customer service for real? Or just a Bot? Lol. Seems never to offer any real solutions.

"she", "whatever" only accumulates date,,,and apparently is welcomed by the forum administration, since "it" has been a pia for a long time with no action on their part, AND no concerm shown by those who vilify me for posting accurate service information that they disagree with, or, dont understand.

Now that you mention it, what should I use? Is Texaco really better than Shell? I sure hope Tricia can shed some light on this...

 

Tricia, PEGGY, Arnold or whatever his/her real name may be works for a Third Party marketing firm hired by GM to scan GM brand websites and try to heard GM porduct owners into dealerships for service. Making GM dealers money is her only job, warranty or not!

Bottom line she has no power with GM, does NOT work directly for GM and has NEVER helped anyone on this HUMMER forum or any other HUMMER forum that I am a member of. ALL of the other HUMMER forums I am a member of have either kicked her off or suspended her posting ability because as I stated before she can do nothing to help!

yeah its funny how you just see the initial post from her but never any follow up!

 

I think she is a great source to poke fun at, and do so regularly...... hence Peggy hasn't been banned.

 

The jokes got old after the ten millionth time, He/she adds nothing to the forum and creates mistrust about the forum from new members perspectives.
Sure lets keep her around. Makes complete sense to me.
