New Toy?
I had Rock River build up one for me last year. I kept it light weight with the free floated 16" barrel and no irons, but did go for the quad picatinny fore end just in case I wanted to hang something on it someday. (As it turns out now, I don't think I like the fore end as much as I thought I would)
I haven't worked with it that much yet, although I did get it ready for a pig hunt in March. It appears to shoot pretty much dead on at 25 yds and 4" high at 50yds with a 100 yd zero. I'm getting about 1 MOA with Hornady match ammo with 110 grain HP. It seems to drop another 3 to 4 in. at 200 yds.
I was a little disappointed with the trajectory compared to the .223, but as I understand it the 6.8 actually beats the .223 at longer distances. The 6.8 certainly carries a lot more energy to the longer range, also.
