Whatever...hope your guns never hurt/kill anyone...problem is that's what they are made for... 
By the way your rude & negative which I'm sure effects your life in one way or another...glad I'm not like you! 
I am nice to people even when I disagree with them...it's called manners/edict which you obviously lack...exactly the kind of guy that fuh2 stereotypes hummer owners as...great job! . Some are made as works of art, never to be fired. Many were purpose built for shooting inanimate targets. Even more were built for hunting birds and animals.
Could you kill a person with any of these guns? Of course, but you can kill a person with a screwdriver, a hammer, or any number of hundreds of common tools.
Handguns, except for specialty hunting and target handguns, are pretty much designed as defensive guns. I carry at least one at all times. My life and the lives of others have been saved on many occasions because I was armed. (Yeah, I have lived and worked in some rough neighborhoods)
Your opinion of guns is probably based on fear and ignorance. Come down the the range with me, and I will show how much fun guns can be.
