Welcome. I think Gobi has one of the best racks out there. Lots of opinions on lights and the rack you select may help you decide what lights you want. Tires...do you just want to drive on the street wheel your truck ( mud, rocks, sand, ice/snow )

Welcome to HF. Five years must have pent up some desire to MOD!

I would do tires, aggressive ATs might be what you are looking for. I like my MTZs, but the new Mickey Thompson ATZs are slightly more street friendly.

Lift............ for what? You basically have one choice, and it will require new wheels because the Rancho knuckles do not offer clearance for stock wheels. If that is the "look" you want, great, but a bone stock H3 with a locker (or 2) and tires can damn near go anywhere.

Adjust the T Bars up front to close to level, get an alignment, add some real tires.

Rancho has stopped production of the 4" lift kit for the H3.
Right now they are selling off remaining kits from their inventory. Last count they had 4 left. Some distributors MAY have some limited inventory but the end is near for Rancho H3 lifts.
