I HAD A GUN!!!!

Got me into it in the early 90's!! I always shot rifles/shotguns as my Grandpa was a farmer/trapper so he ALWAYS HAD guns!!

Anyhoo, I got a 38 Super made for me when I was doing IPSC, but then I hooked up with the Mrs. and we opened our 1st store in '93. CA$H was super tight at first so one of the 1st things I gave up was my firing range membership(I didn't have much time to go anyways). I still had my gun in the HOPES that I'd get back into it. We got custody of my THEN 14 year old Nephew in October of '06 and while we were at work, he was SNOOPING in our walk in closet, found my gun(of course, no trigger lock), found some bullets and fired a HOLE IN MY CEILING through the ROOF!!! THANK JEEBUS!! Could have been REALLY BAD!!!! Of course being in a quite suburban area, Cops showed up to see what happened!!

Luckilyfor me, Ihave quite a few friends in the Police Dept. so one of them arranged it so if I GAVE my gun to the police to destroy, that would be IT!! No charges of careless storage of a firearm, delinquency of a minor, etc.[8D]

Because he is always getting in trouble.

 

Guess buying all those tickets to the policeman's ball paid off.

It's funny cause I was REALLY into sports when i was young and I find alot of the guys I knew, especially through football, are either cops or CO's!!!
