I was born and raised in TomsRiver, New Jersey. Imoved to Arizona in 1991. Having spent almost equal time in both states I can honestly say IMHO Arizona is definitely the better state. If Arizona had a shoreline, real estate here would be like NJ. LOL
I will say I miss the ocean sometimes... But that's when I usually take a trip toSan Diego.

All of my family still lives in TomsRiver. It is a beautifulplace.

 

Tom's River had a pretty good run with their Little League baseball teams a few years back. Personally for me Texas is heaven. That is where I am going when the Real Estate business has had all it wants of me.

 

Yes Sir, I love Texas as well, have some good friends that live in Denton. I would consider moving there if the stars were aligned right, lol.

 

We have a condo in Scottsdale. I spend 2-3 days a week there. I love that place but it gets too hot in the summer.

 

Agreed, it does get hot. I have also considered Northern Arizona, but between the cost and the water issues, it doesn't seem feasible right now.

My friends want me to move to Texas... I am considering it.

 

I have a place outside of the town of West in Central Texas. Also looking to buy a place up around Fredericksburg, North of Austin,with my brother. He has been looking up there for about a month. Beautiful country there.
