Hey guys I have hummer H3 model 2007 . I had a problem with my ECM so I ordered new one from flash masters They asked me for vin and stuff .they told me to plug it and do the 10 min cycle . when I pluged it it won't even crank after the 10 min cycle it's the same problem no crank no start I talked to a friend of mine he got me a used one i pluged it in car did the cycle and it worked can you tell me what's wrong with the new ECM do I need a tech2 to adapt it or what please help me guys

I do not know what a 10 minute cycle is. but if you are trying to do a PCM relearn, it can take 3 tries before it will start. Attempting to start after only one relearn proceedure is a crap shoot at best.
